Terms and conditions
Booking - Our normal rental period is one week from Saturday to Saturday. During low and mid season it may be possible to have shorter lets so please contact us by email to enquire. Confirmation of your booking will be sent by email.
Payment - A non-refundable deposit of £100 is payable on booking, the balance being payable 28 days prior to arrival. Payment by bank transfer is preferred but cheques are also acceptable.
Cancellation - In the event of cancellation of your booking the deposit is non-refundable unless we are given sufficient notice to re-let the property. Cancellations must be notified in writing (email is acceptable). If you take out travel insurance you will be covered for cancellation expenses.
Times - On the day of arrival, occupation will be available from 2.00pm and on the day of departure accommodation must be vacated by 10.00am.
Occupancy The apartment sleep 4 and there is a cot should it be required.
Linen - Bedding, towels and tea towels are supplied.
Care - We would ask you to leave the accommodation and its contents clean and tidy when vacating. Please report any damages or breakages immediately.
Pets - Sorry, no pets allowed.
Fire precaution - No smoking is allowed in the flat and no candles (including tea lights) - are to be used.
Music/noise - Please be considerate of neighbours both with loud music and the use of the shared walled garden.
