Conveniently located at the end of the High Street it is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches, golf courses, harbour and the Scottish Seabird Centre. 45 Westgate is a great base for a holiday or short break. It suits golfers, cyclists, birds watchers, families, couples and anybody who justs like being by the seaside.

The flat is very central.Get up in the morning and walk for your morning papers via the beach. Put your golf shoes on in the house (at the door please) and walk the 200 yards to the first tee of West Links.  Pop along the street to shops, local bars and restaurants. The beach is a gentle 200 yards stroll. The station, where a train takes you to Edinburgh in 30 minutes, is 300 yards. Car parking is available outside the flat between October and May but it is restricted during June to September. There is unrestricted parking within 400 yards of the flat all year on beach road and up towards the station

The apartment has its own private entrance through a small front garden. It is all on the one level and comprises lounge, two twin bedrooms, bathroom, large kitchen/dining room and utility room. We should count our little seating area outside as a further 'sunny day' room.
