So spacious and well equipped - I cooked New Years Day dinner for six people (two visitors). Having Alexa, Netflix, Sky TV was a bonus too. Alexa worked hard on Hogmanay 🥳 playing old Scottish songs!

We had a fantastic 3 night stay at 45 Westgate. Such a spacious and comfortable home in a perfect location to enjoy North Berwick on foot. Would highly recommend and will be booking in another stay soon!
We had a wonderful week at this fantastic flat. Not just a home from home, BETTER than home! Spacious accomodation, central location, very well equipped and the MOST comfortable beds. Don't know if we can tear ourselves away...we will return!
A wonderful flat with great facilities and fully equipped with everything you could need. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated and the whole flat is spotlessly clean.
This is our first stay at Westgate and we hope to return next year to this gorgeous town.
My sister and I have been lucky enough to spend many holidays at number 45 in all seasons. Every one was most enjoyable. The flat has everything you could want. Always clean and comfortable and, something you don’t always get, homely. The perfect place to relax. A lovely walk along by the putting green in the morning. Strolls round North Berwick during the week. Plenty nice places to eat - our favourite is Bella Italia at the end of the High Street. We always start our holiday with a meal there. We think of number 45 as a real home from home. Couldn’t ask for better. You’ll be glad you came - we always are.
We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here in mid-May. Perfect location for everything in town and close to the RR station for trips to Edinburgh. The house is perfect for two couples or a family of 4. We had a very pleasant week in North Berwick. Do not miss the Scottish Seabird Center's boat trip to Craigleith and Bass Rock to see puffins and the amazing Northern gannet colony.
We enjoyed a short stay at your beautiful holiday house, a home from home indeed. A wonderfully equipped house, with a very homely feeling.Our daughter Fiona and family are there for the remainder of the week . They are so lucky . We were so sad to leave and hopefully we shall return some day. Thank you for providing such a welcoming atmosphere.
Mary and I have enjoyed many wonderful holidays at 45 Westgate over the years, with its spacious accommodatiom, convenint location and wonderful garden. We hope to have many more such holidays in future years.
We've been coming to 45 Westgate every year for 10 years now. The whole family enjoy this flat, suitable for all ages from elderly to toddlers. The location couldn't be better as it's within walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs. Should you wish to, it is easy to jump on the bus or train to Edinburgh. North Berwick is a lovely traditional seaside town with lots of lovely shops and cafes/restaurants. I have been a regular visitor since I was a toddler and now I bring my grandchildren who love it as much as I do!
North Berwick is the place to go for relaxation, picturesque walks, good food & locally brewed NB gin! We love the 'Why Not?' Cafe & the Auld Hoose pub but the fabulous accommodation makes the stay just perfect. Can't wait to return. �

This is every thing a holiday flat should be..ample size, quiet, very close to beach, very close to shops, round the corner from the golf club, and, a real high standard making it feel like being at home.
North Berwick has everything you could wish for and is a great place for families and couples ....also it's only 30mins by train straight into the centre of Edinburgh (and about 5 mins walk from the flat to station).
Can't wait to go back
Having stayed here on a few occasions I can highly recommend this ground floor flat.
Ideal location, yards from the beach, yards from the golf course and yards from the town centre.
